• A Notice Of Intention To Marry

  This form needs to be completed with your chosen Celebrant at least one month and a day before your ceremony. Click here to view.

• Birth Certificates

  To be supplied by both parties

• Divorce Decree or a Death Certificate

  Needs to be shown in the case of a previous marriage or the death of a spouse.

  There are also several legal requirements that a Marriage Celebrant must adhere by. These are outlined in the Marriage Celebrants Code Of Conduct which can be found here.
